A water leak that's underground is one of those problems that's easy to ignore until it isn't. Your water bill creeps up. You notice soft spots in the yard. Maybe the pressure just feels a little off. By the time most homeowners call us, the leak has already been doing damage for a while.

That's exactly the kind of situation we deal with regularly. We dig down to the source, find the break in the line, and get it fixed properly. No guessing, no band-aid repairs. When the pipe is exposed and the leak is right in front of us, we know exactly what we're working with and what it takes to fix it right.

The blue water pipe visible at the bottom of that excavation - that's the source of the problem. Water pooling around the line, saturated soil, the whole picture. Getting eyes on it is the only way to know what you're actually dealing with. That's why we don't skip steps.

We also offer sewer line inspections for homeowners who want to know the full condition of what's running underground. Whether it's a water line or a sewer line, problems below grade don't fix themselves. Catching them early is almost always cheaper and less disruptive than waiting.

If something seems off - a high water bill, soggy ground, low pressure - don't put it off. These things tend to get worse, not better.
